Can I access all my Zurich insurance policies on OneZurich?
Generally, all inforce/active policies under your name will be shown under this portal. Non-inforce/non-active policies will still be shown for one year, counting from the effective date that the policy became non-inforce.

Can I use a non-Hong Kong mobile number for receiving OneZurich SMS?
Yes, you can use any registered mobile number (including China numbers) for receiving OneZurich SMS. However, different telecom service providers may have limitation on servicing area, we suggest you use email for communication.
