Upon successful policy application, a welcome message and email enclosed with a registration link will be sent to you.
Open the link to fill in your information and set your user ID and password.

Can I access all my Zurich insurance policies on OneZurich?

Generally, all inforce/active policies under your name will be shown under this portal. Non-inforce/non-active policies will still be shown for one year, counting from the effective date that the policy became non-inforce.

To check Zurich International Life policies (i.e. Vista / Pacific), please visit Zurich International Online (ZIO).
Can I use a non-Hong Kong mobile number for receiving OneZurich SMS?

Yes, you can use any registered mobile number (including China numbers) for receiving OneZurich SMS. However, different telecom service providers may have limitation on servicing area, we suggest you use email for communication.
